Change or cancel a reservation?
If you have booked directly through one of our websites, you can change or cancel your reservation here. To change or cancel your reservation you will be asked for the e-mail address with which the reservation was made and the reservation number. The reservation number can be found in the reservation confirmation that you received from us. For all other bookings you need to contact the travel agent.

- Check-in or Check-out
Detailed information about check-in and check-out times can be found on your booking confirmation. If you wish to arrive or leave earlier or later than the indicated times, we ask you to contact the hotel.
- No credit card
If you do not have a credit card, you can book by telephone or by e-mail at the hotel concerned.
- Cancellation
The cancellation policy varies per hotel, chosen rate, room or arrangement.
- Taxes
The tourist tax is different per place / municipality and is not included in the room rate. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change between the moment of booking and the time of your arrival. Please refer to our individual hotel sites for more information.
- Guaranteed the lowest room rate
Eden Hotels offers a 'Best Available Price Guarantee' on all reservations. This means that we guarantee the lowest price for the same rate, room type and period. For more information about this guarantee, please refer to the page on "Best Available Price Guarantee".
- Paying a reservation
This depends on the chosen rate. You do not have to pay for the Best Available (Flexible) Price at the hotel. Special rates such as early booking discounts, last-minute promotions or non-refundable rates, where no refund is possible, must be paid in advance of your stay.
